Refunds and cancellation
You try it free first, so paid periods aren't refunded, and you can cancel whenever you like.
In short
- Every account starts with a 7-day free trial, with every feature and no card.
- We don't give refunds for a subscription once it's paid.
- You can cancel any time. You keep full access until the end of the period you paid for, and you're not charged again.
- After that your account turns read-only: every note still opens, searches and exports.
How to cancel
Settings › Plan › Cancel or change plan. It takes two clicks. If you subscribed in the Google Play app, cancel in Google Play's subscriptions page, which the same button opens.
Before you're charged
We email you 7 days before every renewal with the date, the amount and a link to cancel, so a renewal is never a surprise.
Your rights under the law
Where the law where you live gives you a right to cancel and get your money back, that right applies and nothing here takes it away. Purchases made through Google Play follow Google Play's refund process.
Who you pay
Purchases on the web are handled by our payment provider, which acts as the seller and appears on your receipt. Neu Notes is made by Samastam.
